What about the transport ?
(+)Metropolitan France:
Our products are shipped by haulier, unless the customer specifically requests otherwise in writing, in which case an additional charge will apply based on the chosen delivery method.
Outside Metropolitan France:
A specific quote ill be made depending on the shipment.
Irrespective of the mode of transport, goods always travel at the risk of the consignee, whose duty it is to inspect them on arrival and note down any reservations on the haulier's waybill and send them by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, in the event of damage, loss, theft, etc., send to ae&t within 48 hours of receipt.
To ship more than 6,000 parcels per year, we work with recognized carriers such as DPD, BMV, Fedex, UPS.

How search a product ?
(+)We set up 2 product access to make it easier for you to navigate.
In the header of the AE&T website you will find the search bar. Simply enter the name of the product, a keyword or a reference in the search field.
You can access all the products via the PRODUCT section located in the menu banner
What mean the 3 colors for lead time ?
(+)Yellow color means shipment from ae&t under 3 to 4 weeks
Red color means shipment from ae&t over 4 weeks

How to download or to ask for a catalogue ?
(+)What means IP ?
(+)ae&t, as manufacturer of innovative connected safety solutions to protect people's lives, informs about the IP on all electronic safety products. The IP (International Protection) rating given to a piece of electrical apparatus is a two digit code indicating the degree of protection its enclosure affords it. The first digit represents protection against penetration by solid objects, the second describing the enclosures, protection against the ingress of water. Please contact us if you need more data.
What means ATEX ?
(+)An ATEX area is a hazardous location where only explosion proof or hazardous products are set up. Ask us for an advise on ATEX area and Ex products : our Ex product manager and Ex technical-sales engineer will answer you as soon as possible.
How about ATEX areas : 0,1,2,21,22 ?

What about products warranty ?
(+)Our products listed on the article 15 of the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS dated January 1st, 2024 are warranted against manufacturing defects, up to ten years from date of delivery, parts and labor, return to our workshop.
